Any terms negotiated on a tenancy will be subject to obtaining suitable references on the tenant. The type of references we will obtain for your approval may vary according to whether the tenant is a company or private individual.
For private individuals: -
- Bank
- Employers
- Previous landlords (where applicable)
- Character and guarantors (where applicable)
- I.D. (copy of driving license or passport)
For Companies:-
- Bank
- Solicitors
- Accountant references
For Students:-
- Parents/Guardian to act as Guarantor
- Acceptance letter from college/university for each course
- I.D. (copy of driving license or passport)
- Bank (Only UK account)
Ultimately you will have the final say as to who resides at your property.
