We are currently recruiting for an experienced, enthusiastic and highly driven Lettings Negotiator to join a highly motivated team.

Role of the Lettings Negotiator includes:
- To promote and expand the estate agents
- To arrange and attend viewings
- To follow requests professionally, accurately and in a timely fashion.
- To build rapports with potential clients and buyers
- To close lettings deals effectively
- To be target driven, keen to progress your career in a busy Estate Agent.
- Working to strict deadlines under pressure.
- To work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
